How are Landbay loans structured for investors?

Each loan is comprised of lots of small loans made by individual investors, with each investor having a direct loan agreement and lending relationship with the Borrower. Landbay’s Security Trustee holds the first mortgage charge over the property as well as any other securities deemed necessary by our Credit Committee (eg personal guarantees, debenture over a borrowing company) in trust on behalf of the group of investors.
