Landbay provides a standardised Loan Contract between a borrower and each investor, who together make up the total loan amount with their investments. The Contract includes each investor's loan amount, the interest rate and term (up to 10 years). The Security Trustee then enters into a single set of security documents with the borrower and holds that in trust for the investors. There is always a first‐ranking mortgage held over the property offered as security (which is registered with the Land Registry).
