What should I do if Landbay cannot verify my directorship of my company?

We are required by law to verify all our customers' details. Customers wishing to register their account to a company must provide further documentation before we can allow the deposit or withdrawal of funds to their investment accounts. Furthermore, customers wishing to register their account to a company must provide additional documentation.

The process is quick and simple. Please send to support@landbay.co.uk the following:

1. A scanned copy of an official document with your full name on which proves your directorship of the company for whom you registered the account.

Your account will be fully unblocked for you to invest and withdraw as soon as we have received and processed the documentation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help.
