What should I do if Landbay cannot verify my personal details?

We are required by law to verify all our customers' details. Customers whose personal details could not be automatically verified by us must provide further documentation before we can allow the deposit or withdrawal of funds to their investment accounts.

The process is quick and simple. Please send to support@landbay.co.uk the following:

1. A scanned copy of a document with your address on, such as a bank statement or utility bill. This must be dated within the last 3 months.

2. A colour photograph/scanned copy of your passport photo page, including any other pages that include passport (not visa) information. Please ensure that your photograph can be accepted:
- Do not crop the image (cut corners, miss parts) try to have margins on all sides of the captured image prior to capturing.
- Do not use Photoshop or other editing software; do not alter the document in any way.
- Do not use flash.
- Do not obstruct the ID (no fingers covering part of the document)
- Do take the photo from directly above the document while it is on a flat surface.
- Do use colour images and no lower than 200 DPI.
- Accepted file types are: .bmp .jpg .gif .tif .pdf

Your account will be fully unblocked for you to invest and withdraw as soon as we have received and processed the documentation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help.
